Introduction from Andrea
I offer counsel to adults 18+ who are seeking sustained change in their lives. Having counseled in a range of settings including in-patient, forensic and out-patient I have observed patterns of behavior that unite all of us on our journey. I believe that effective therapy provides us the space to move from survival mode to living at our greatest potential.
My style is tailored to meet the needs of each client. Having said that, the modalities that I am most drawn to include psychodynamic, somatic, EMDR, and parts work.
My goal is for folks to shift during our work together and I take your time and financial commitments very seriously.
While I do not accept insurance, I provide super bills to submit to insurance for partial reimbursement.
