Introduction from Kathy

You may be seeking help for anything from upsetting communication patterns with your partner, to a deeply painful affair or addiction problem. I am trained extensively, EFT and Gottman models, and I have over 30 years of experience to guide the process to relationship health and fulfillment. I will be supportive to both of you for sure, but I will also challenge you. You will leave the first session with my feedback, recommendations and a plan. I am a Certified Gottman Couples therapist and I am a Pain Reprocessing Therapist as well (PRT). I have advanced training in couples therapy and a network of professional support for my practice. I think it is also important to ask the therapist if they are willing to work to save your marriage or if their stance is “neutral”.
