Drawing on my experience in adolescent mental health and substance use recovery, I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, to help clients build resilience, develop practical skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them build confidence, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges at home, school, and in their communities.
