Introduction from Rochelle

I specialize in high-conflict relationships, situations where emotions run high, trust has been damaged, or previous attempts at therapy haven’t been effective. For more than three decades, I have worked as a humanistic psychotherapist with individuals, couples and families navigating trauma, conflict, betrayal, estrangement, addiction, incarceration, and complex relational challenges. I bring a unique combination of therapeutic depth, conflict-resolution expertise, mediation, and restorative justice practices to my work. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change requires both understanding and accountability. I help clients identify the deeper patterns beneath their conflicts, develop greater emotional regulation, communicate more effectively, and take responsibility for the impact of their choices.
