Introduction from Olivia

Parenthood doesn’t always look the way we imagined. Sometimes the road there is marked by pregnancy loss, by waiting, by grief or loneliness that’s hard to put into words, and by the feeling that no one around you quite gets it.

I work with individuals and couples who are in the thick of it. Whether you’re processing a pregnancy loss, worn down by fertility treatments, or finding early parenthood nothing like you expected, this is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or hold it together.

My approach is conversational and relational, with attention to what you’re carrying in your body, not just your mind. Grief, anxiety, and big life transitions don’t just live in our thoughts; they show up in how we speak to ourselves, how we sleep, how we connect with our partners. We’ll work with all of it, at your pace.
This might resonate if you’re:

Grieving a pregnancy loss
Emotionally exhausted from fertility treatments
Struggling with the identity shift of becoming a parent
A couple trying to stay connected through an incredibly hard season
Just needing somewhere to finally say the quiet parts out loud
