My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, integrative and collaborative. With adults & families, I draw from relational, systemic perspectives, psychodynamic, mindfulness & somatic awareness. Together, we will explore patterns, build self-compassion & self-esteem. As a Latinex myself I also bring a multicultural perspective to therapy and I help clients who are navigating transitions and cultural conflicts. I offer session in person or Telehealth. In English and in Portuguese.
